One of several paintings I made from a rooftop in San Miguel de Allende. I couldn't resist the morning sun as it lit up each portion of the dome to different degrees. The muted whites in shadow proved to be the real challenge, while the bank of blue sky scattered cool shadows throughout the landscape.
